How do I place an order?

Add products to your cart on noorkitchen.shop and submit your order. We then confirm the shipping cost and the payment method with you on WhatsApp, before any payment is made.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees depend on the destination and the weight of your order. They are confirmed with you before payment and appear as a separate line on your invoice.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payment is arranged directly with you on WhatsApp when your order is confirmed. No payment card details are collected or stored on the website.

What currency are prices in?

All prices on noorkitchen.shop are in United States dollars (USD).

Can I use a discount code?

Yes. Promo codes are entered at checkout, before payment. They cannot be applied to an order that has already been completed.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@noorkitchen.shop, with proof of purchase and photos of the items or package. Eligible claims receive a replacement or a store refund.

Can food products be returned?

For safety and health reasons, opened food products, specialty flours and perishable items cannot be returned.

Who is Noor Kitchen?

Noor Kitchen LLC is a limited liability company registered in Iowa and based in Cedar Rapids. It sells Togolese and West African food products online — flours, grains, spices and condiments — selected by its founder, Maman Noor.
